    well, i been in about 8.5 years too. i get out june 3rd. i am thinking i might get out and have my freedom back. lol. driving trucks is fun.

    e5 and below cant re enlist as a 12B last i heard from engineer SGM.

    im tempted to get out. 12 more years is gonna be long.

    and the army paid for my CDL with my yearly tuition assistance. the cost was $4500 (none out of my pocket). great school. and i could go on weekends and such since i worked a lot.

    calirofrnia career school. very good school.

    Roger NewbieDan.... Not sure what the MSG was talking about, referring to the E-5 and below not allowed to reinlist.. That isn't true in the Guard or Reserves,,why would that be true in Active?? Anyway, I love driving truck and look forward to my wife getting out here and we start a better life for ourselves... We have had a blessed life, no doubt and want to continue to be blessed... I just don't believe that I should leave my future or my wifes future in the hands of idiots that are controlled by idiots! HOOAH!

    Okay, did the Finisher Trainer Class today from 8a.m. to noon and it was good to go... Student arrived a littel while later and we got our truck, a 2011 FL Cascadia

    We have moved all our stuff in and did a complete inspection..I am anal when it comes to taking over a truck, new or used. It only has a few minor things wrong and will be fixed shortly.

    I think the next couple of weeks will be just fine and look forward to the new experience...
