Nope, never bugged them other than a phone call here and there. If they like you it seems they will keep you on file for hire. I always made sure to stay positive and let them know I was ready when they were.

My husband is currently an Owner Operator through Schneider Bulk. He'll have his two year experience in come January. He plans to walk away from his lease an get a local job with Sheetz. How many hours do you get a week an what pay rate do you start out at? Does Sheetz pay weekly or biweekly?
-
I am wondering how you reapplied. My husband went through the whole process and interviewed, but they told him to update his information, but it keeps saying that he already applied for the position. just wondering how to reapply?
-
Any recent updates on pay and benefits?
-
Anyone know how long it takes from interviews to job offer
-
Any of the CLI guys still active?
How is CLI?
Retirement benefits?
Health coverage good and price?
Starting and top pay? Also is it pretty firm? I work for FedEx where they make the rules as they go. -
CLI/Sheetz is a good rapidly growing company that really do care about employees. During the pandemic when work was slow they quaranteed us 40 hours and got extra bonuses. Retirement is 401k with 4% match. Health is blue cross blue shield, I pay 66 dollars every 2 weeks for just myself. Pay depends on what terminal but generally start around 29 and top out 31 or 32 and time and a half after 40.FFL Trucker Thanks this.

Thank you Chromehead! What does the average day look like? 2 or 3 stops and 3 or 400 miles? Something along those lines?
-
No problem. At my terminal its usually 2 to 4 stores, almost always the whole load goes to 1 store and rarely over 400 miles. Usually 10 to 11 hours, they want us back before 12 for the cross shift.FFL Trucker Thanks this.

I applied to CLI today. Hoping I hear something back. I've heard they work a different kind of schedule. 3 on 3 off 6 on 6 off is that the case? If so how does that look yearly as far as pay because by my math you are only working half of the year?
