This should be a quick one for anyone who has the information.
1999 Freightliner FLD120
Noticed it when I bought the truck but didn't have time to fix, a bent tie rod.
Going to get the parts in to fix it but what is the alignment measurement for the truck?
I'm guessing 1/16th of an inch, toe in but would like to get it right.
Anyone have that info to share?
She's getting better but....

1/16" is where i set toe. That doesn't mean it's aligned though.
dajain Thanks this. -
Wouldn't want any confusion to settle in on this easy question. -
One would assume you did not know the difference between alignment and toe in. -
I asked for the alignment specs for what the measurement should be for replacing the tie rod.
I assumed that was an easy enough question to not be critiqued, but there go.
I assumed wrong -
never assume what the people here will think.
dajain Thanks this. -
I guess I should have been more specific by stating that I know replacing the tie rod only effects the toe in measurement and the factory specs I am asking for is only for the tow in and that I know this is not a full alignment as I am only replacing the tie rod.
I guess I shouldn't assume a simple definition and answer should be so simple. hahaNumb Thanks this.
