    It was a completely different trans than the 12 speeds they have. It was weird I can't find the pattern anywhere online but I did pretty good...got the job. Anyway the pattern is 1-5 or may have been 1-6 but I'm sure you split the first 3 gears with a up and down switch on the front of the shifter. The remaining gears can't be split. There is no position for reverse, theres another smaller yellow switch on the side of the shifter to toggle between forward and reverse. Looks kind of like this but without reverse. I think it's a T300 the truck was pretty old.
