Broke Down 69 Thanks this.

Thats what I tried. But I think the hose on the left side can be switched to the hole behind it but want to make sure before I go through the process. Been around trucks a while but never seen this issue to tackle. Mechanic knows less about it than I do.

Really just need to fugure out how to get high to be down and low to be up. Then I still coul split going up hill.
-
As someone else mentioned a 15 speed knob will split in low so the splitter will lock out on the high side.you could probably modify the splitter knob and replumb the shifter knob but it's so much easier to replace with the correct knob or rebuild the 13 speed knob theres just a couple o rings springs and a poppet ball inside them

I remember something about switching the lines on the low range servo to make this work right. Re-plumbing the shifter is a PIA and takes too much time.
Roger McG Thanks this. -

You can #### around for days trying to make your 15 speed knob work (and it won't. Ever). @wore out nailed it. Keep screwing around with it and your wallet will be $7k lighter after you buy a new transmission.

And have fun splitting a 15 speed. Its impossible. Its a 10 speed with 5 extra gears slightly lower than low range (called deep reduction).

Fifteen is blue,
Install the wrong one,
The joke is on you.Doublewiggle32, Dan.S and AModelCat Thank this.
