Photo copy your license both sides, blackout your address. Cut down the photocopy and laminate copy.

Hand this to them.

Unless they have a badge, don't give your license to anyone.

Had a truck stop, Gateway by Longview Tx, demand my license or my truck key in exchange for a shower room key. I pitched a small fit and told em I'm not giving em my license. Gave em a spare truck key under protest.
The one down in Carthage never did that.

Never been exposed to that policy, even delivering to a nuclear power plant with their over the top security requirements.
