Shipper insists on using their own tracking system

When I was with CF,we picked up money at federal reserve regularly. Nothing special.

 

We had a customer try to do this with two loads a few months back. The befuddled look on the shippers face when I explained the intermodal process to her was priceless, that she still asked me if we (my coworker and I) would be travelling with the loads was hilarious.

 

I've had a few loads where the wanted to use macropoint....I just never answered the text, even when they text several times and say to call the number. If you wanna know, call me or dispatch. Other than that, you'll get your update from the receiver!
