hey I'll tell u what!! I lock my doors after what i saw....

this truck was pulling out of a fuel stop and locked the brakes up at the exit and come running out of his truck. he went and called the police.

apparently a lot lizard had got in his truck and was behind the curtain when he got in his truck. and when he was pulling out she asked him if he needed any commercial business ? roflmao the cop told him that will teach him to lock his doors.

One of the funniest stories I have ever heard was told to me by a friend of mine I will call Bill years ago. He was teaming with some guy that was not all there in the head and had at some point gone off the deep end. They were driving a 379 pete with that sleeper door that opens revealing both above and below the bed.

Bill had at some point contacted the owner of the small company that he and his co-driver worked for and notified him of which truckstop they would be parking in after delivering their load the next day.

The way he told me the story is that they dropped their load, went to the predetermined truckstop, parked the rig, the other driver went in for a meal and a shower, movie, phone call or whatever he was doing... and Bill went into the sleeper to catch a few Z's.

Bill said that the sleeper door opened, he picked his head up off his pillow and stared straight into the eyes of the largest black guy that he had ever seen. Bill said this guys shoulders were almost even with his pillow. His boss had flown down to meet him and had brought some muscle in case his co-driver had any issues with being fired there at the truck stop.

WOW I always check the curtains after a fuel or rest area stop. I always have a fear some psychopathic maniac snuck into the sleeper, LOL.

There ARE people who can help you with that fear, O's/Op. :biggrin_25525:
    Once y'all's head is shrunk.
    Y'all will be fine. :yes2557:

With the smaller head, it makes a smaller target, ---
For the psychopathic maniacs to hit'cha in.

    HeY!
    Worked for ME! :biggrin_25526::yes2557::biggrin_25512::yes2557:

    BuT I DID require a fluffier pillow post-shrinkage. :biggrin_25525:

Speaking of someone taking it upon themselve's to open your door reminds of something that happened to me years ago when I was running flatbed dedicated I got to my drop in stone mtn Ga. the night before and parked along the street as I always did untill my appt time in the AM. I was familiar with the reciever and knew the routine.

I had the 5 AM appt. which is the first so I figured the other truck parked on the street before I got there had either the 7 or the 9. This place went strictly by appt. no exceptions. at about 4:40 AM I backed in and untarped and unstrapped my load and went back to my cab to drink coffee and wait.

I was sitting there in the driver's seat when the guy in the truck parked on the street jumped out and starting storming over toward me looking mighty angry. I figured he must think it's first come first serve or something so I started rolling down my window to explain but when he got to my truck he goes for the door latch like he's gonna whip my door open.

As soon as he unlatched it I spun in my seat and kicked it open bouncing it off his face. I said "I don't know who you think you ARE but you AIN'T !". He started hollering about "you know I was parked there before you got here last night you should have woke me up and asked me before you pulled in..." bLAHH blahh blahh.

I tried to explain about the strict appt time policy but he wouldn't listen and started ordering me to strap back up and get out of the dock now. I told him to take his a zz inside and deal with recieving becase I was done talking to him. I have a set of brass knuckles on the floor behind my seat and I had slipped them on. I told him if he doesn't go in and talk to them he would be getting his teeth knocked out.

By the time I got empty and pulled out of the dock he came over to me while I was putting up my tarps and apologized. Turns out he was having family problems.

:biggrin_25525:To the original post, it would have been even funnier if you woke up and the Chinese Dude was sitting on the edge of your bunk, whispering, "wake up, driver". Time to unload.:biggrin_25518:
