Shipping Dock Arse

I used to work with a guy like that,and was on a dock.
He always got into fights with the drivers.
He treated his wife like sheet.
He got pissed off so bad one day he quit and never came back
I hated the way he treated people but minded my own bizz.
The other guys hated him but he was always nice to the guys he worked with???
I would have loved to see a driver just knock him out (lmao)
The drivers thought about it i guess but maybe they thought we would help.
But the only thing was we would have helped was the driver before that a hole receiver

 

I've found that just stopping at laughing directly at someone who (a) is a jerk), or (b) think he's more important than anyone else... is the greatest thing. Well, not as great as mace, but still.

 

find out what his favorite soft drink is, then buy it, and shake it up, just be sure to be out of harms way when it explodes all over him.....

 

I had a Few Aholes I dealt with on the docks. Here is how I got even with one of them one time. This one plant in Baltimore orders a load HOT Team Service Required for 7 AM Delivery we get there at 6:30 and check in Dock foreman the Ahole of the story goes I do not care if your the CEO of this company your not getting Unloaded I run this Factory and I will unload you when I am good and Fing ready to. The company was trying to get rid of this person for months and needed a good reason and what they had done was let an order for a refill run late. I had the Refill on my truck. It was material that had to be on the line by 7:30 EST my company did not open before 8AM CST. I called Dispatch they called the Shipper who by now had calls up the Ying Yang from the Customer going where is our Product we ordered.


Plant Manager comes out in a 3K Armoni Suit goes are you hauling this product I went Yep he goes why are you not empty I went your Dock Foreman refused to unload us. He went Lets See about this. He escorts me in to the plant to the Dock office the Foreman see me and goes I told you to get the F off my Property I run this Plant not even seeing the Plant Manager ina Suit right behind me. Who has the Company CEO on the Speakerphone. Next words I hear is Sir YOUR FIRED from a phone. Foreman goes you cna not fire me I am in the UNION. CEO goes Watch me I am going to move this whole Plant out of this area if I need to. Then it hit the Foreman he was Screwed. Manager on another phone goes get that truck unloaded in 20 mins or the entire Dock Crew is Fired. Also Call your Union Loacl I have something Huge to tell them. They owe this company some Money.

I ended up getting close to 600 bucks Detention time out of that one load. The Check was from the Union Local Direct as a Cashiers Check.
