Shneider Choice - need help with process

Last I heard, they weren't taking any IC's with their own trucks right now, only IC's doing a L/P through them. Don't know if that changed recently or not.

 

People keep signing up and Schneider keeps tightening the leash.

My 2 cents, is to contact the Recruiter, when I was talking to them a couple of months ago, I was told the truck had to be 10yrs or newer, and be elog eligible (for the qual com). of course you will need at least bob tail insurance to get it to the Orientation location, along with money for the fuel, I personally would like to have funds available to cover at least 2 months of your truck payment till you get settled in to your route and to cover anything else you may have too purchase to make your truck Schneider compliant. Have a back up plan on what you will do if you change your mind at Orientation. or if Murphy bites you. Best of luck.
