Let’s see if this file attached. If not, the pots are just below TP20, under the wiring, middle of the board. They are continuous so adjust while listening. Use plastic tools. I didn’t care for the stock sound and adjusted to best suit what I hear. Now it’s perfect for me when it comes to listening. Can adjust the treble to help with the noise floor which makes a world of difference.

I went to a truck stop yesterday because I was going to buy a new one for the new truck. Didn’t have any with weather band though.

No worries, my 447hpc2 is used on the base currently, easy enough to open up and snap a pic. Who did your tune if I may ask? Antennas? Factory or aftermarket coax?

Plenty of help here when it comes to antenna systems, a few guys in KWs with radios similar.

Will, at the truck stop exit 369 I40 in Tennessee. The radio has been working well till I pulled into the Petro at exit 369 on I40 in Tennessee. Very odd, as the radio has been fine for 2 months. My Stryker went into protection mode because my SWR jumped way up after I pulled in here. I have Wilson 4 foot fiberglass antennas.

I pulled the antennas off switched back to the factory KW antennas and put my Cobra 29 back in and my swr is still a little over 2. My truck is a 2019 T680. I can't imagine the coax is bad ??

I may try and put the Stryker back in and see if it wants to work.

Not sure what else I can do here ??

Are your antennas on the door, or the cab?

Could be the opening and closing of the door wore through your coax. I had that happen once.

Factory coax is pretty much junk to begin with. Cheapest bidder supplies the manufacturer in all aspects.

On a plus note, the Stryker saved itself from letting the smoke out. Definitely check the antenna system, coax, antennas, studs. My bet is there is a problem in that mix
