Early Actros MP-2 had the similar issue and the intercooler leak too.

So if the plastic is cracked or pierced on the radiator the whole radiator needs to be replaced or can it be repaired

it can be fixed with epoxy.

people think that plastic intercoolers go bad with exessive pressure, but really when truck goes over bumps and popholes frame twisting slowly destroyes it
