    Thompson pays 61cpm loaded for new grads fresh out of school. 45cpm empty for all drivers. I believe top of scale is 67cpm.

    I pull a reefer now, I’m looking to get away from it after 31 years. I want to get out the truck in the sun & other weather & work

    I have over 30 years otr but about a year of flatbed experience from 10 years ago

    All you can do is submit an application and see what they say. There are plenty of opportunities for you besides Thompson if they don’t have an immediate opening.
