I was interested in joining a trucking company to start working, the trucking company had its own school and I had to drive to it. Then I look at the mileage it was over 1100 miles and I went ugh. I know for most of y'all 1100 miles is your average Tuesday. So, my question is this, me going Ugh after finding out the mileage is that a sign that i should not do trucking?
Should I just give up?

Yes, basically, and then there's the question of why you need to travel that far to find a trucking company to work for. There are plenty. Find one closer.

I dont like to drive a 4 wheeler for more than 4 hours but I can easy do my 11 in a semi. Hell I often do my entire 8 hours before mandatory break without pulling over once88228822, Black_Yeshua, Mohtrucker and 2 others Thank this. -
Not a big deal. I look at an 1100 mile run in the semi and look forward to it. I get in my pickup or elantra and have to drive the same distance my reaction would be the same as yours
