Should I just pay for a refresher or just try Swift orientation in Gary

with no experience you dont take a road test, they know you need a mentor at that time, how fresh is your training? I am new to Swift and just like you I had a lot of questions plus watched the ones around me with and without experience.

So far from what I have seen all the swift drivers I have met SO FAR are very nice and friendly, I got to meet a couple mentors today taking others out but had the opportunity to talk about the company and stuff. I havent found an unhappy person so far in person, here on the forums you will find them and im sure I will meet them eventually.

 

I just answered that

with fresh training and no experience they will place you with a mentor for 240 hours which equals up to 6 weeks on the road depending how many hours you get in a day.

 

it will be based on your experience, they might road test you just to see where your at, if they think you need more experience but not a lot then you get the lower mentor rate of hours.

For physical they do it free along with drug test, if you happened to of gotten a physical in the last 90 days as long as its a clinic approved by swift they will accept the dot long form for that.
