I've heared great things about quest global but they require one yr experience.
We are leaning towards us xpress. Covenant team pay is .39 cpm vs us xpress .48. Hard to turn that down!
should i leave werner for covenant?

I'd go to USX though I would look long and hard at Armellini out of Miami. They haul flowers. Super Service out of Oklamhumpta FL has decent sign on bonus and teams are getting miles.

If you leave you'll owe Werner for training, right? If the next company sucks then you will quit there, be unemployed, your DAC will show you are a quitter and you'll STILL owe Werner.
