What do you make a week working 4 days and how many hours? Also do you have Teamcare Insurance that is free for the entire family and you pay almost nothing when you go to the Dr or hospital? If you do have that insurance it is priceless for a family with 3 kids and absolutely has to be figured in to this math equation. People with awesome insurance don’t always realize how much money that saves you in a years time.Numb, michaelj123xx and Wargames Thank this.

I assume you are going for a city job at Estes? If running linehaul which usually pays more than city will very likely be working nights or gone several nights at a time in the beginning. I feel like you are fairly close per hour worked to what you would make at Estes.
You got the decision from here driver because this call is up to you and your families needs and desires in my opinion. If I liked my job I would stay put, if I didn’t I might change jobs. But what any of us in the forum would do may not be what is best for you and your young family. Either job will feed your family.michaelj123xx and Wargames Thank this. -
