Ok first off your trainer is there to teach and protect you from yourself, in reality it's his fault but this isn't reality, so your getting dinged.

At this point your screwed so stick with them no matter what for a year then at day 365 get out.

i agree with Chinatown. It sounds like you arent happy there and there is no reason for you to waste your time. There are way better companies out there that wont put you through all the stupid crap werner is. Just start applying and whoever accepts you if it sounds like a good gig quit werner and go to that company. You dont need to take bull crap from anyone.

Hi Generic, what things is werner putting the op thru that other companies won't do? I see nothing wrong with extra hrs of training or 45 days probation.Granted Werner isn't the best company but during training they all would have done what werner did.

I agree with this. The only play here is to take the slap on the wrist and do what you gotta do. Werner was fair, what else can you ask for?

The problem is now that there's a preventable so soon, the best bet is to ride it out (with no more preventable or other dings) for as long as you can and then move on. You gotta get some clean solo time and you'll be good

    Lonesome and pattyj Thank this.

it shouldnt even count as an incident against him because the trainer was spotting him so he didnt have to get out and look. Since werner doesnt understand that then they actually are not worthy of being graced by the OP's presence. There are plenty of companies that treat random CDL holders with zero experience like kings and he should quit and go to those carriers.

I'll bet if you list those companies the op may just apply.
