    From what I understood they were one of the better paying carriers. Unless you REALLY have a better gig lined up; i'd stay put.

    Considering the info in the OP you obviously have either too much time on your hands and are making silly threads or you don't have enough time to complete a thought. So yes, I think it's time to switch companies. :)

    The yard dog dropped his trailer with 41 thous on about a foot higher than his fifth wheel

    Are you looking for something better? More money? More home time? Something different?

    If you are earning a decent living, its not always easier or better somewhere else.

    With 8 yrs,.. plus what other experience you have. Does buying a truck and calling your own shots interest you? Maybe explore that idea and see what possibilities are out there for you? How ambitious are you?

    Other than 8 yrs at Crete,.. your not giving me much to base an opinion about whether you should quit or not.

    Tell me whats really bothering you,.. or where you see yourself in say,.. 10 years?
