My company interlines with Dayton and have heard nothing but good things from dayton. If i was you I would consider getting a job with them eventually you will move up in seniority and get more money and bid for better start times.
Some companies do bid for start times but that's not the norm.
Good luck.
Should I switch to P&D?

P&D. Day shift. Wear the short sleeves. Roll them up. Make office women excited. Sharpen your backing skills. Get some physical activity. Get some dinner at home, watch the late night news. Wake up, score some tasty coffee and a hard boiled egg.... repeat Keithdabarber, EuropeanTrucker, McUzi and 4 others Thank this.

Pretty much they all bid start times, but usually that means they’ll hand you what’s ready regardless of where it goes.

Here you bid both the start time and the territory.Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this.

I live near the Des Moines location. I have an interview on Monday. I'm pretty exited about it. I've done hours of research and I think Dayton is what I'm looking for. Bob Dobalina Thanks this.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only driver who hates driving and prefers to mix it with work.
