    Here's tha Skippy. I listened to the majority of replies and answered all questions honestly, guess what ?? I go for orientation next Wed and start with trainer the following Mon. Thanks for the advise and I also thank God for the guidance in doing the right thing.:biggrin_25526:

    I have a question on this subject and, was wondering if i could get any advise. is a pre-trial deversion in the same ballpark? i have 2 of them. one is in '01 for bounching a check for only like $75. the other in '02 on some phoney charges my ex-gf made up and charged me with domestic violence. i got pre-trial deversion on both of them and satisfied the agreements on both of them. can anyone tell me where i stand on these? should i disclose them?
