Should we be able to use cannabis on our time off?

Because you’re operating an 80k piece of equipment…i have zero tolerance to anyone who wants to use drugs while in this business

 

Fyi, its still not legal under fmsca regs to drink alcohol or even possess it inside of cmv…

 

i was also going to respond with a large NO, but in the past, the know-it-all's, always want to debate this issue.

what's to say that someone on his 10 hour break, may not partake in an "extra one" before he goes back on duty..??

then the debate always turns to alcohol use as well........

2 different "drugs".

i rue the day(s) that many governors signed the Bill saying "recreational weed" is ok.....

every day now, walking into my local CVS or walmart, the stink, stench of that horrible monkey (or is it skunk) weed, permeates the air around me.

just like the dirty trucker, who probably "did a load in his pants", and you are standing behind him at the fuel island........enough is enough.....of that stink.

retire, find another job, just stay off the roads if you wanna partake in that crap.

too many morons out there already, in personal and CDL vehicles driving impaired, or coming down from it....
