I like the dual sweep meters, was looking into the SX-144/430 when I was studying for going to 10 meter (ARRL compliant, that is)[IMG]

Although they seem to be somewhat fragile as some folks find non functioning elements of this meter, I think kind of unusual for Workman. Wrote one reviewer: "I got mine the first one the one needle didnt move. plad with it for a few and found that the knob contacs were off. I see another review that had same porb. Looks like they need to work on that part of the swr/power meter. I sent it back got another. It work fine 0 the neddles and put it to work. Very accurate for a $40 dual needle swr/power meter. worth the money if you dont get a bad one!!"

    Here's my setup,

    Cobra 29 LTD Classic:

    Peaked and Tuned
    Talk Back
    Echo
    Blue LED's

    Astatic Mic
    Cobra Black Chrome External Speaker

I just have the factory Freightliner Antenna for now, but I was thinking like a 10K or something like that......

Magnum S9 stock, (don't tell the hammers) astatic silver 636l mic swinging from a gear keeper couldn't sit back far enough in the big day cab w900 to get it in the pic (the mic in the pic is for the company radio) above the radio I put in a delete plate to cover the hole from the old uniden 78

VERY Nice set-ups and installs !! Great Pics TOO ! Those COBRA external speakers are pretty good . I bought one with some points I had at a fuel stop and was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with the sound , It has quickly become my favorite external speaker !
