Try looking into Mail Haulers. Around my area, Veltri pays $27 an hour for Part Time work. Many other contract carriers have Part Time work as well. And the Postal Service is VERY PRO MILITARY.
I don't know if they hire inexperienced drivers, but I have seen Finkle train new students, so you might wanna ask if they hire new drivers.

Chewy352 Thanks this. -
Are you 100% certain you want to get out? I spent 7 years as a corpsman and kick myself for leaving as I'd be retired in another 2 years.
Maybe you could check out the local hospitals. Pulling the mobile clinics, mri's and x-Ray machines around...pretty sure that's not a full time gig anyway. Good luck. -

My wife, in the avatar, asked me, "Why do those Navy women have such a bad attitude?" -

Do you know anybody who knows somebody?

You have to log your navy job as on duty not driving, then if you burn up your 14 a ten hour break will be required before driving.
Really only Saturdays or Sundays you could pull it off.
A local farmer pulling hay, grain, what ever would be a place to start.
But with your full time navy job, you really have to make sure your HOS are legal. -
