    RoadMedic is right. For commercial drivers driving interstate, it falls under commercial regulations and it's 10 years. I believe that intrastate can default to a state's regulations which can be anywhere from 2 to 10. Don't quote me on that last part, but I know the federal regulation is 10 years seizure free unless it has recently changed.
