    AH!! justifying your inconsiderate driving.

    well , now I know.

now, answer this, if the speed limit is 70 or 75 ,why are u still blocking the passing lane??

my truck has no gov. I can and do drive at the posted limits, (+ or - a few).

is it still for your safety or too lazy to deal with merging traffic ??

me passing on the right is not very safe.

Lilbit, jbshadow and Wingnut1 Thank this.

I love the "trucks use right lane" signs on 2-lane interstates. Particularly pleasant in 65+mph zones when stuck behind an England, Prime, Swift, or Gordon...

You think yours is the only truck that can do 75? You should re-read my post, and pay attention this time.

Darn right I'd be in the left lane even if it wasn't specified in the case of the shoulder being turned into a traffic lane. Hate being on a constant slant like that!

Maybe you need some patience training.

What's wrong with doing 70 in a 70 mph zone? Nothing to do with a lack of patience. A vehicle going slower than the flow of traffic is an obstruction.

Some interesting responses to what was started as a joke.

I like the straddle the zipper response the best.

Ever hear of KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT TO PASS?

Really though, you're scared of lane changes.

I liked your joke, for what it's worth.... Got a snicker out of me, also like the zipper comment.

The OP was referring to state law , in construction zones in some states. Most are speed limited to 45 mph . So why in this context are people fussing about not being able to pass at 70 ? Now any other time yes , slower traffic is keep right ( rules of the road) . But when legally mandated to run the left lane , wait few min.
