Wouldn't the vehicles that are exceeding the posted speed limit be an easier conviction than a vehicle that is traveling at the posted speed limit but 'obstructing' traffic? I'd like to see a cop explain to a judge that he ticketed someone for obstructing traffic when they were traveling at 70 in a 70mph zone.

The sign that really confuses 4 wheelers..."right lane ends merge left" what 4 wheelers read is "right lane ends, speed past the big truck that has already merged and squeeze in at the last minute right in front of the truck"

In AR when there is a lane closure ahead they will have signs that say "Merge Now " and " Do Not Pass " at least a half mile before the lane ends . Last week in West Memphis on I-55 I saw several 4 wheelers ignoring these signs and flying past backed up traffic - right in front of the NB scales that were open .

What's confusing is when you see these two signs:
    Trucks left lane
    No trucks in left lane

Now granted that was in a construction zone, too.. and the first sign was orange while the second sign was white. :)

This being in a construction zone I would follow the orange sign. Most states will cover the regular white sign. In Ohio when they say "TRUCKS LEFT LANE" they mean it.It is a $175 fine if you don't comly! Buddy of mine found out the hard way!
