Signal Priority Device?

    I have an ipod 4 and I am looking to buy a vintage CB to match the year of my truck. Are there any signal priority devices that can coordinate the interruption of my Sirius music if my phone rings or if I get a CB transmission? I was not sure if any new CB's have any integrated pairing for this type of use.
    I would like to run all audio through my cab speakers.
    Also, would a CB radio made from around 1980 be sufficient for today's trucking? I was considering a Midland or GE 3-5814B
