Mine has a fuel cooler on it as well, my tanks would get so hot that it would almost take skin off you in the summer. I have to warn people not to lean on them. cooler.jpg

I'm not very experienced on the signature. But PID94 looks to be a coolant temp sensor issue. I would hook up a laptop, and see what it says. Very well could be reading a false coolant temp think it's hot, and cutting power.

Even if it's not active. Just scroll through parameters and look for something way out of wack.

Had this happen on detroits and N14. So I would bet it's possible on sig/isx.

Maybe take a temp gun and read the temp of the return fitting when it acts up. Just for gits and shiggles

seems pointless to try and diagnose without knowing what your fuel pressure actually is. Get a fuel pressure gauge

If it seems to happen only after fuel gets hot I’d be thinking it’s the fuel heating up the ecm causing problems. Maybe the fuel cooler has gotten blocked by the algae microbes that grows in this new nancy pelosi fuel no matter what additives you throw in it. Even tho it is a different engine the signatures still inherited the ecm problems the last N14’s had with fuel cooling.

Years ago they had a topic, called blowshut. Fuel shutoff parts were culprit in the aluminum block

Dealer I worked at sold a new 9900 with the sig 600. They would not let us work on it internally, Cummins techs only. I swear they were at shop twice a week, then once a week the first year it was on the road. That screen you mentioned was not identified as a IH part, or Cummins parts. Nobody took ownership for it. After all that trouble, one of are senior techs decided to look at the truck after hours. It was plugging with aluminum shavings from tanks not getting cleaned well enough. Cleaned tanks, removed screen. No more issues in that regard. Then the Cummins guys only came to work on it 1 per month.

    IH9300SBA and Oxbow Thank this.
