I think they’ve tried enough crap that doesn’t work. I think they need to get rid of log books entirely and swap to driver facing cameras like they use operating heavy mining haul trucks. It watches your face and looks to see if you start to doze off. If you do get drowsy make it shut the truck down.

This weeks rounder Winnipeg to gta then Windsor back to the peg Monday truck 1 getting pulled out of rock cut near marathon Monday near pancake bay bison offfoad and jumped driveway Friday truck 3 in rock cut near wawa Saturday truck 4 upside down in ditch on 102 Thunder Bay … all trucks and trailers totaled in single vehicle crashes.. plus some small gta crashes but not single vehicle.. I’m amazed they still insure semi trucks in Canada TBH

Yesterday morning in Dryden I was turn left on to the highway from 601. My light turns green I start to roll forward and notice that west bound truck thats 2 or 3 truck lengths away from the light looks like he ain't stopping. So I wait for him and lay on the horn when he gets to the stop line, he locks it up then sits there #### near in the middle of the intersection with a stupid grin on his face and laughing then waves as I go around him to make the corner.
