Put a vacuum cleaner under the bed.

 

Why not just put on trucking sounds on repeat on a small MP3 player with a bass speaker under the bed to recreate the shakes when your sleeping.

I’m serious, if that’s what it’s going to take me to sleep shoot Im doing it.

I hit that when I got away from the road for about a month. Had the computer play a loop all night for a snooze.

A little kitty rattling is a Z generator. As is a reefer in high range.

Just don't get the neighbors dogs going all over again.

 

If I have to go to bed early and get up early I take a knock out pill and within an hour I can't keep my eyes open. And when I wake up I'm not groggy. They aren't addicting either.

 

I take melatonin, have my fan running and music on low. Let's me sleep like a baby.

 

Drop the refer and hook on to a skateboard . The peace and quiet and a little extra work will do you good . When you get the opportunity to sleep that is.
