Simple ? About Tickets

    Of course not a moving violation should not be prevelant........are the tickets showing on your MVR and what does it say?

    the co.'s are mainly concerned with moving violations and accidents.....

    If they're out there then it would be very smart just to hook up and avoid the hassle. As far as safety goes there's two sides to this one. I believe driving a very short distance at a slow speed (as a delivery driver would do) would not warrant a belt. I've been around alot of old time gasoline haulers that have tons of miles and years of safety that will just refuse to wear a belt. They believe their chances are reduced in getting out of the cab in time if it's on it's side. I also doubt that you would see many "Ice Road" truckers wearing a belt also. So I have to agree with both you and GoGold on this one.
