I looked at the searches but nothing even close to my question.

On line there are 5 gallon pails of "synthetic" 75/90 gear oil with Eaton approval for under 100 bucks. I need to do diff service and that seems like a good price? I bought a barrel of AW 32 last year for one of my machine tools but, multi weight synthetic gear oil is a whole nuther thing. Anyone use this stuff or heard good/bad about it?

    Thanks,
    Steve

Sinopec is a Chinese state owned oil company.
I personally try not to buy from them because I don't want to support the Chinese government.
As for the quality of their product I can't comment. Can't imagine that it would be better than say Mobil but if it is approved by Eaton can't be too bad.
