Perhaps you can create a forum for FAQ's, questions, issues, and the like so they, too, are all in one place and not spread out everywhere.

I'm getting older, and older, and the older I get the more I hate change, is anyone else having this problem?

I recall several years back I bought an electric typewriter. Wow, did I get mad at it, so mad I nearly threw it out the door, yet I buckled down, finally learning how it worked, the I liked it. That was in the mid 90's.

Them in 2002 I bought my 1st computer. Wow, I messed up and messed up. The man at the store told me how to run the CD and reprogram it, I had to do that many times. Yet I was still getting mad at it, wanting to take it up and throw in upon the floor destroying it.

One day at Walmart I saw a book titled, Absolute Beginners Guide to Windows XP and bought it, finally I begin to learn a bit about it and things turned around and I begin to learn about my computer.

Yet, I'm now older than them, and still hate change. But I learned change is one thing that will follow us all the days of our life, and it helps not one bit to get mad and throw it out the window or destroy it.

Just try and try again until you get it right and never do any destruction, for destruction just adds cost and helps not the least bit.

The last time the site was down I just about went insane since this is about the only site that I look at. I hope that it is not down long but I do understand the need to be down. I just hope that I can find something else to look up. I am on this site a few times a day and more on weekends. But we will get thru this.

I have a son in the professional IT field. Among many other large projects, he does corporate system migrations; this is a major undertaking by the TTR team and I wish them well as they tackle the project.

Admin, BHW, and their entire team are to be congratulated on being willing to take it on!

  9. I really really don't miss this IT industry, keep in the dark, cold place and fed $-+&. Sounds like a mushroom.

Good luck hope no hardware failures or redundancy issues. Omg. What am I saying.

When you say "capture all the current content" does that include all of the old engine mods and tuning threads/info?.

As has been explained repeatedly, that content was removed for legal reasons. It's not coming back.
