    BEWARE....There are caveats to these statements. Yes it's true that you'll be paid salary and its generally a good deal for the driver. And yes, its true you run CO, KS, MO, OK and TX. You get paid to sit for delays, weather etc, but no benefits are paid and no allowance for benefits will be forthcoming either. Another issue is the new driver pay. The owner will hire new drivers at the same pay rate as veteran drivers. If you are looking for a stable income that nevers increases over the years and absolutely 0 benefits, this is the plce for you.

    Are those 54 cpm 1099 or W2? Also what kind of benefits do they offer, and I assume the west coast is where you'll drive the most, right?
