So you all don't thank that I'm ignoring your post, I did read them, but I have been busy and have not had time to respond.
As for as signing on with Skyview, I will not be doing so. Not because of what you wrote, because I found a better opportunity.
Just so we are clear, I still stand behind what I wrote in my original post.

You dodged a big bullett my friend, "BIG" one, but I'm so glad you found a better opportunity than SKYVIEW, and it certainly did not take you very long to do so either, so what does that tell you and everyone else!!! Good luck to you my friend and I'm happy that you will actually be making money for your hard earnd work.
I'm just glad you didn't try the anvil approach, and I will continue this thread until they are out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
One more thing my friends, for icing on the cake, Mr. Koby put a false negative DAC report on me which I suspected anyway, but my current employer laughed at it because he knows that they are waste products of human beings, but that is just typical of a butt hurt 1/2 a man like Koby, someday Koby, the pendulum is going to swing in the other direction, just so you are not surprised when it does and it always does punk!!!!!!!

I too was taken by this company. I loaned my dad the down payment and lost everything .on paper I made #### good money there but in real life negitive checks. They make you pay for everything down to the insurance on THEIR trailer. But on the other hand they did tell us that it takes about 12 weeks before you see any money. So really are their practices ethical? I don't agree with them all but it is business. If your trying to do lease purchace anywhere dont go into it broke! Just like if your getting the truck from a dealer you should have e at least a 6 month cash reserve for anything that might come up.

After reading through some of these posts I felt the need to register here and put my two cents in . After over a decade in the trucking industry as a company driver and having jobs with 4 different trucking companies , I decided I wanted my life to go in a slightly different direction . I researched lease purchase trucking companies for nearly two years . After I found Skyview , no matter where Iilooked after that , everything kept pointing back to them . I spoke with Al over the phone off and on for about 8 months , asking questions and so on . October of 2010 I made my decision , put my notice in at work and the first week of November I showed up in Gothenburg , Ne to look over all the contracts and get started . I pulled out of the yard on 11/4 if I remember right , and started pulling for Skyview with a truck I leased/purchased from them . I paid 1500 down and they took a 1500 dollar escrow out over 6 weeks at 250 per week ( I know escrows have been used to blindside owner ops many times in the past but it is in writing that this is my money and is to be returned to me if I happen to leave here on good terms ) I am sure that if I were to abandon equipment or quit them flat with no notice under a load or anything along those lines , tear stuff up etc. I could just kiss that money goodbye . However those are things that I just simply do not do . I made a relatively small settlement my very first week since then I have had a few but not very many ,and also after a few weeks I just couldn't find a sweet spot for fuel mileage I brought up my concerns about the truck to Ben and Koby and in Feb if 22011 they gave me my money back and let me use it toward an 08 t-660 they bought . I don't have anything bad to say about Skyview and I don't think I ever will Thanks , Jeff at Skyview

SKYVIEW. Sounds like a Rest Home. The name alone makes me cringe.

Good deal. If you are happy with way things are going, keep it up
.However, I will stand by the statement ;
by far, MOST lease purchase plans end with the trucker being sorry he ever signed the agreement.
Update us in 6 months, and good luck.
