PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS SHOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM SKYVIEW... RECENTLY I WENT THRU THEIR ORIENTATION AND MANNN.. THEY ARE BLATANT AS TO THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE ZERO CONCERN OR THOUGHT FOR THE DRIVER... THEY LIED MANY TIMES,, AND I MEAN FLAT OUT LIES... THEIR PROCEDURES AND POLICIES ARE SET UP AGAINST THE DRIVER.. THEY CLEARLY STATED THAT YOU MUST DO IT THEIR WAY OR BE LEFT WITH NO FUEL OR SERVICES.. DISPATCH COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME DIRECTIONS FROM I-80 TO THEIR OFFICE WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 3 BLOCKS.. I FOLLOWED CORRECT POLICY AND INFORMED DISPATCH OF MY GOAL AND THEY SAID I DIDNT... LEAVING MY EMPLOYER TO THREATEN ME,,, REPORT HIS SEMI STOLEN,, EVEN CALLED MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.. AND GOT ME FIRED... THE OWNER CLAIMS HIS WAY HAS WORKED FOR OVER 30 YEARS BUT HE IS ONLY 38 YEARS OLD ""HMMMM"

Sorry to hear that. But, in my company, it's MY way or the highway also. If you sign on with a company you are agreeing to do it their way. You might want to look at being an O/O and not have to deal with company rules and guidelines. Good luck.

Specifics would be helpful. For instance, what policies do they have that create such a problem? Specifically, how did they lie? While I'm just killing time playing around, there are drivers who could find details to be helpful. Then they could decide if this is a company that is bad, or just one that doesn't fit how you want to live and work, but might be a good fit for them.

    River-driver and Lonesome Thank this.

They couldn't give you directions to where they were? Or after talking to you on the phone decided they didn't want to? Nobody would report stolen if you were where you're supposed to be and doing your work.

    River-driver Thanks this.
