Maybe the doctor won't sign off on your physical if you won't give him all your medical information. I would do the same thing if I were a doctor doing a dot physical, to certify you as healthy enough to drive a commercial vehicle. What if the dr certified you without the sleep apnea and you fell asleep, crashed and killed a car load of people.....you don't think the family would sue the dr. and not win millions of dollars.

There are millions of dollars at risk.....are you going to assume that risk? Will the family lawyers be able to get 5 million dollars from you for killing the family?

CDL drivers need to understand that no reputable dr. wants to get sued for millions of dollars because the driver refuses to disclose their health history......do you think any dr. would be that stupid?
