The other day I purchased one of those watches that syncs to my smartphone. This morning I had this as an overview of my sleep last night. These things are really nice. Since this is not the proper place I won't say what kind of watch it was.

Wow, that's lots of deep sleep. I've been using a FitBit Alta HR for nearly 2 years now and I average about an hour and twenty minutes of deep sleep per night, getting just under 8 hours of sleep per day. Heart rate goes down to 52 beats per minute during most of the sleep. Very useful information.
Milkrun Thanks this. -
Yeah, I only go into deep sleep around 4 am for about 45 mins to an hour.

No idea what brand,,,does it rhyme with Snapple?
-
No! It's really just a cheap $35 watch I got off Amazon. I use an iPhone and I also use an iPad, I don't see myself ever purchasing an Apple Watch!

I have one too.

I use the iOS Sleep cycle. That alarm has saved me a few times.
