You can't fight nature and win. Nature is always self correcting, it'll just be at our own expense

You live longer today then most people say in the 1700 because of technology. If you or family member gets in traffic accident and they need life saving medical help. Do you want to wait for ambulance to show up and drive them back to hospital or should we send the medical helicopter to save their life ?

People lived life long before medical helicopters, so does that mean it was their time to go. Today we would say no because we have the helicopter to come save your life. Sleep apnea has been around a long time but we have the simple technology to tell when someone has it and we have the simple technology to fix the problem. In the past you would just be found dead in your sleeper or you would have stroke.

If someone ask about sleep apnea, I don't think we should tell them it's a scam just because someone may not believe in it. We should not tell them they can't achieve something in life they want because of sleep apnea when it's a simple fix. If we have the answer to someones question and we know what's possible, why not give them the answer.

Pancreatic cancer is a bad one.
Now Younger people are getting colon cancer, maybe the FMSCA should have us tested for that too.

Maybe just a prostate check on level 1 roadside inspections. It could be a warning something else is wrong or at least make it part of the D.O.T physical. It can be early warning of cancer. That must affect a driver sleep or something safety related.
