Sleep studies... everyone should experience this...
tucker, ExOTR and TROOPER to TRUCKER Thank this. -
My deductible was a mere $25... and if you are diagnosed with any form of sleep apnea, be sure to get a note from your doctor, as you will need it next time you get a physical done. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, and I was sure they were going to pull my CDL... alas, I am still gear jammin for another year!

Thank you to everyone that reply to my question.
Joec111 and TROOPER to TRUCKER Thank this. -
If you have to do it go on as tired as possible
-
Completely up to each company, I have some doubts that even a mega would do that for 3 points.

How in the world did I ever truck over 45 years without "Sleep ApneaTesting"?Reminds me of the saying,"I'm from the Government, and I'm here to help you!",jeez.
-
It cost me 8 grand 5 years ago....insurance paid all but $1800...
-
That is a lot for a sleep study to pay that much. The thing that does suck for me is I think that I do have sleep apnea because I have lack of energy.
-
Thyroid glands can also cause lack of energy. Blood work can tell if you need thyroid medicine. There are a few apps that track your sleeping sound and movements. Here is one but there are others, too. https://www.mysleepbot.com
