I left at 4am. I asked the sleep tech for a restroom break at 4am, and I told him if he had all he needed I was leaving. He said I slept a total of 93 minutes. He said I had severe apnea, but couldn't tell me how severe because he's not a doctor. Now, I have to go back and sleep with a mask in a couple weeks and it should be over then. It was awful. I was drenched in sweat, couldn't sleep. Xanax literally did nothing to me. I think it may have actually made me more awake. I also took 200 mg of Benadryl and still only slept 93 minutes from 9pm-4am. These sleep tests are Hell. He was getting aggravated because I was taking so long to go to sleep. I then sternly told him, "I cannot sleep with all of these wires hanging out of me and something protruding into my nose." I was about to leave and say screw it, but then I finally nodded off for an hour. I dread going back again and sleeping with the mask so bad I cannot stand it. If Xanax, Benadryl, and being up 24 hours can't make you sleep, I don't know what can. Another thing, he told me, when I come back to use the mask that I cannot sleep on my side and I have to sleep on my back. I literally cannot do this. I slept on my stomach tonight. It's like when I try to sleep on my back, I get really sleepy then right before I fall asleep something wakes me up. Every time I try it.

Sometimes Xanax or other medications work just the opposite as they should. Sometimes sleeping pills keep people awake for 24 hours instead of putting them to sleep. I know someone like this. A couple of sleeping pills and the person is awake for 36 hours.

Maybe you couldn't sleep because you wasn't at home in your own bed.No way i could have slept knowing im being watched and monitored.

Hackers can watch you through your computer even when it's turned off.

Friend of mine, a truck mechanic, watches some woman fix breakfast for her family every morning, stark naked. Her computer sits on the breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining room. Her computer screen faces the kitchen.

Server sleep apnea is 30+ events or stop breathing per hour and each one is 10 seconds. That's 300+ second per hour of not breathing or 5 minutes minimum of not breathing.
