Sleep study tonight (2nd try)

Well I would have you take it over because of the idea that you need a sleep aid, the purpose for the test isn't to have you sleep but how much of a problem your body goes through trying to maintain sleep.

Your doctor has some thinking to do. If you cannot sleep you cannot do certain restorative actions. For some labs and hospitals might be the last place to sleep.

There are medicines that will put you out. But those are strictly hospital use because they can literally put you out pernamently. Dead.

 

They said he sleep 93 minutes and they could see server sleep apnea 30+ events per hour. The doctor still has to look at the sleep data. Server sleep apnea is not borderline. MILD sleep apnea is 5-14 events per hour. No sleep apnea or normal is 1-4

Im sorry the medicine flopped. It's a surprised to me if you never had xanax before in your life. I would imagine other forces must have erased the drug clean out of you such as the wakefulness in that lab. I don't know how to explain my thinking. Most people drop out when that stuff is inside of them.

 

200mg Benadryl is a pretty heavy dose, and high doses of diphenhydramine have a stimulant effect. The lower, sleep-medicine dose of Benadryl is only 50mg.

 

My problem is I can't sleep period so I take a number of things

 

What average person can go into foreign environment, have tubes and wires hooked up to you and told to crawl into a bed in a room you've never even slept in, and sleep like they normally do? I know there's probably exceptions to the rule, but this deal seems like a ruse to me.

 

I checked the interaction between the two.

It seems that Benedryal and Xanax destroys breathing.

I also checked drug forums on the darknet and certain posts say the two together do nothing for them and supports the respiratory failure side when combined.

I guess the third thing is have them put you OUT and then Narcan you awake on demand.
