I guess if dispatch schedules that much extra time... Then to each hus own. I, myself, prefered to run out as much of my 11 as possible... Many times parking with less than a minute left on my clock.

mustang190 and Bean Jr. Thank this.

I use sleeper berth provision regularly. Most of my loads are live loads and unloads with specific appointment times. The sleeper berth provision, especially since they updated awhile back, makes my time and clock management much easier to get things to work out.

If I can swing it, I try starting out at around 2100 and run all night. Makes it easier to find a place to park in the morning when all the solar powered trucks are on the road.

I like the questions that document the time the traffic light changed and mention lots of personal or personnel details with times and mileage and fuel prices etc. Split sleeper is confusing enough without 98 irrelevant dates & times and explanations.

I'm solar powered. When the sun goes down, so do I. Nappy bye time.

Right. It's another one of those things that they don't tell you and that you have to figure it out for yourself. Sure hope they start discussing and adopt the expanded rule to include 6/4 and maybe even 5/5 rules if we're lucky.
