Sleeper compartment section in trailer?

I looked at a new East 48 x 102 flatbed too.... I was told might as well figure $40,000. A truck inside the shop was getting extra lights and chrome put on, salesman told me when it was done the owner would have $210,000 in it, but it had a big studio type sleeper on it.
My 22 yr old truck has had the all the rear suspension, brakes, and engine totally refurbished. Guess I'll keep it rolling a while longer lol. It's 100% paid for and makes the same $$ as a new one, and maybe more at times.
