    I made my own. Cut the rivets out that hold in all the factory components and replaced them with some self stick LED strips. Put the housing back in the ceiling and you'd never know except the light comes on instantly with the switch now.

    Cost almost nothing, had the LED strip for a while can't remember what I paid for it but, it wasn't much.
