In the FMCSA rules it talks about a specific amount of time you are required to be in your sleeper. My question is how do they know we are following it and not doing something else like walking or whatever.

mostly they dont but they monitor that your not driving for 10 hours
most of us eat, shower , do laundry and sleep during that period
the paranoid will get on here and tell you DOT rides thru the TS checking but unless you subscribe to paranoid daily ignore them

When you pass the road skills test, your new license contains nanoprobes that infect your skin and report back to the Borg cube. Once you're fully acclimated to the hive, your biological functions will be controlled remotely.

Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

Line 1 and line 2 basically have the same effects it doesn't really matter. Unless you're doing a split birth which most drivers do not do.
