    Contact a shop that recovers car seat, make boat tops and the like. They should be able to whip something in about 30 minutes if they just snap to the window frame like the curtains in my pete do.

    I've looked in my local area for an upholstery shop. All I can find are shows that do boat canvas. Guess that's pretty much the same thing. Thanks for the advice!!

    Good friend of mine makes boat tops and she made me a window cover that has a hole cut in it so I can run a fan that blows out of my sleeper window but yet its still dark in the truck. The gray she had was an almost exact match to the Peterbilt gray of my interior.

    UPDATE: Pulled in to a small upholstery shop in Spanish Fort, AL - one curtain in hand. Asked guy could he replicate... Answer, yes. Asked me if I needed it TODAY!! Said he was just hanging out waiting on material delivery so he had time to do it right then!! $40 and he was done in an hour!! Slightly different color but for that price and same day service - WHO CARES!!!
