I'll take lower fuel prices any day. I remember when fuel was over 4.50 a gallon. SNI rates have been the same for years. The only thing change is FSC. I'm still averaging about the same, when fuel prices where up. But, I'm saving more with lower fuel. Some guys didn't make it when the fuel prices where up.
