slow down in heavyhaul freight?

Well, OD rates are in many cases lower then general freight. Possibly because people are taking OD freight at the cheaper rates. I won't. Too many headaches with permits, state routing/Weigh stations (Not really a problem) for the cheap pay. I've been sitting more waiting for loads that pay good amounts..
